#1 A Knight’s Tale

Oh, how I miss Heath Ledger. A Knight’s Tale was such a funny and cute film with him!

#2 Downton Abbey

Although I didn’t exactly love the first Downton Abbey movie, it was still pretty decent and after the rather iconic TV show definitely deserves its place in this list.

Little Women

Hello, guys!
I know it’s been a hot minute since this year’s Academy Awards were handed out but I am finally catching on my reviews. So today I bring you one of the films I had high hopes for only to see it being awarded only with the Oscar for costume design. This movie deserved better.

The Plot:

The latest adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s famous novel! We follow the March sisters: Meg, Jo, Amy and Beth as they try to navigate through life, transitioning from children to adults.

The Rating:

I guess I should start this review by informing you that I have not seen any of the previous adaptations (although I am really curious about the one with Winona Ryder) nor have I ever read the book. In fact, I wasn’t even familiar with the plot apart from what the trailer provided us with.

Nevertheless, I went to see this film on the very first day it aired for the very first screening here in Austria.
