Top 5 Tuesday: dramatic bookworm problems

Hey, guys!
It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for a bookish favorites post. Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by Meeghan over on Meeghan Reads and is quite simple: check out the topic and write a post with your picks.
Continuing this month’s bookworm theme, today we are going to talk about some dramatic problems every bookworms has!

#1 So many books, so little time

I think we all have a problem where our tbr piles grow way faster than we can read!

#2 keeping track of all the new releases

I’m terrible with this one. You read a book and love it and you can’t wait for the next installment to come out. But it takes a while and you’re not really keeping track and then all of a sudden there are 5 new parts you need to catch up on.

#3 the sequel is finally out and you remember nothing

Oftentimes there are years between one book and the sequel. Every time I think I don’t need to reread the first part, I’m sure I remember everything. I don’t. Literally never.

#4 no space!

I love collecting physical books, but they take up so much space. 😭

#5 the sheer heartbreak of finishing a good book and parting with the characters who have become friends

This moment of not wanting it to end, not wanting to leave behind those characters who have grown so dear to you!

Do you have to deal with any of these problems? Let me know in the comments!

  1. The worst part about number 3 is when I tell myself oh it will come back to me when I start reading the sequel and just…. nope, nothing like I never even read the first book and then I start thinking if I can’t remember anything why am I reading this in the first place! I obviously didn’t care but for some reason I just had to have the sequel!
