Top 5 Tuesday: books set at school

Hey, guys!
It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for a bookish favorites post. Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by Meeghan over on Meeghan Reads and is quite simple: check out the topic and write a post with your picks.
Today we’re gonna talk about books that are set at a school!

#1 A Deadly Education

As you can probably guess from the title alone, this is a perfect match for this week’s theme. I still have to read the sequel, but I loved A Deadly Education which is set at a magical school that surely isn’t too kind.

#2 The Ravens

I would actually love to see an adaptation of this one. The Ravens takes place in your typical college/sorority setting but still comes with a lot of surprises!

#3 Harry Potter

I had to add this one to the list, didn’t I? I fully expect Harry Potter to be a popular choice this week but what can I say – I’m just not that creative. 😅

#4 The Raven Boys

Maybe a little bit of a cheat since the plot isn’t really centered around a school, but there are several scenes where the eponymous raven boys are at school/talk about school. And I love the series, so here we are!

#5 Shadow and Bone

Again, the school isn’t a major playing in these books but I think the little palace where all the Grisha learn how to use their powers is for sure integral to the story and it fascinated me to no end, so it had to be on my list!
