Hey, guys!
It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for a bookish favorites post. Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by Meeghan over on Meeghan Reads and is quite simple: check out the topic and write a post with your picks.
For this month’s final post we’re going to talk about books with books!
#1 Inkheart
This is a book for everybody who loves to read. It’s literally food for your soul, just grasping the very essence of what it is to get lost in stories. ❤
#2 The Crown Tower
I’m gonna be honest with you, I’m not entirely sure I listed the correct Riyria book but I’ve read so many of them by now, I don’t remember. See, the two protagonists at some point get tasked with stealing a diary and it is mentioned in several of the books. I do think that this is the novel where we actually learn how they did the trick though!
#3 Fahrenheit 451
I expect this one to pop up on several lists today. It’s not about one specific book but rather about books being burned. Why am I even telling you this, it’s so famous I’m sure you all know what it is about!
#4 The Book Thief
This book. DAMN. My poor heart. Comes up to you with a running start and kicks you right in the feels. I think I even read it in one setting because it was just impossible to put down.
#5 The Starless Sea
I’m not quite sure about the story in this one, since I haven’t read it yet. But I got it in a subscription box a while ago, so it’s just waiting for me to find the time to pick it up. Goodreads did inform me that a book is also pivotal in this story, so here we are!

I’ve been working my way backwards on comments this week, so you’re my second last, and I can confirm I haven’t seen anyone else use Fahrenheit 451. I have seen one Inkheart, a few Book Thief’s and (I think) two Starless Sea’s. But there has been a HUGE range this week. Clearly books with books was the winner of the scavenger hunt 😂
Hope you had fun with this week’s prompt 📚💕
