Hey, guys!
It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for a bookish favorites post. Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by Meeghan over on Meeghan Reads and is quite simple: check out the topic and write a post with your picks.
Today’s post is going to be about books with clocks!
#1 A Clockwork Orange
This was the very first thing that popped into my head. I will read it soon. I promise. 😅
#2 Clockwork Angel
Clockwork Angel is another one that has been living on my tbr pile for way too long. 😅
#3 The Map of Time
This one I actually read several years ago! I actually had to dig through my list of read books to find it because I couldn’t properly remember the title but I did recall that there’s a watch on the cover!
#4 Clockwork
I stumbled upon this one when I was looking up some other Pullman books and to be honest, I don’t even really know what it is about but I’m curious to read it and it fits the topic!
#5 1984
And finally, 1984. Why would I put it on a list of books with clocks you might ask. No clocks on the cover, no clocks in the title. BUT the very first sentence is “It was a bright cold day in April, and the clocks were striking thirteen.” and I thought of that straight away when I read today’s theme!

Have you ever heard about The Time Keeper by Mitch Albom? 100% my favorite book about time, so complex but touching. I really loved it.

I don’t think I’ve heard about this one before, but I’ll make sure to add it to my tbr pile 😀

Ha, I knew someone else would have Clockwork Angel!! It’s a perfect fit. And I’m intrigued about The Map of Time too. Hope you had fun with this week’s prompt! (And sorry I’m so late visiting!) 💕
