Thursday Movie Picks: Falsely Accused

Hey, guys!
Welcome to another entry for Thursday Movie Picks.
It’s a series hosted by Wandering Through the Shelves, so if you want to join the party, head over to her blog! It’s pretty easy: check out each week’s topic and come up with 3 to 5 movies that fit the theme.
This week’s topic is films about falsely accused people!

#1 Double Jeopardy

The first movie that popped into my head when I read the theme was Double Jeopardy. I saw and years ago, and I don’t remember much about it. But here Ashley Judd is falsely accused of murdering her husband…

#2 The Hunt

The Hunt is such an intense film. This one chilled me to the bone. Mads Mikkelsen gets falsely accused of molesting a child.

#3 Knives Out

On a lighter note, Knives Out is such a fun and smart film! I can’t even say more without giving away some of the twists in the movie.

What’s your favorite film about someone falsely accused? Let me know in the comments!

  1. We match! I , too, chose Double Jeopardy and, even though there are some big holes in the plot, I really enjoy it. Ashley Judd can truly kick ass.
I so want to see “ The Hunt” and hope I do. It looks excellent.
I love Knives Out. So many people in it and Chris Evans is so funny.
