Top 5 Tuesday: Series of all Time

Hey, guys!
It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for a bookish favorites post. Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by Meeghan over on Meeghan Reads and is quite simple: check out the topic and write a post with your picks.
Today we’re going over some of my all-time favorite book series!

#1 The Riyria Revelations – Michael J. Sullivan

I finished this one only recently after a friend recommended it to me. Well, I devoured the entire series and well get started with the prequel one very soon. I loved everything about this: the two main characters, the medival setting, the magic, the heists, the everything!

#2 Percy Jackson and the Olympians – Rick Riordan

I really need to stop talking about Rick Riordan every damn week. 😂
Anyway, I like all of his series so much, they brought me tremendous joy, taught me a lot and made me laugh on numerous occasions!

#3 The Folk of the Air – Holly Black

This is another series I completely devoured. I was a bit late to the party initially with already two of the books being out. But after only a few pages I was hooked and them so sad that I actually had to wait for the final novel to come out. 😂

#4 Grishaverse – Leigh Bardugo

I’m in a similar boat with the Grishaverse books. I think I started reading all this shortly after King of Scars came out. Leigh Bardugo captured me immediately with her unique and fascinating world-building and I loved reading every page of her books.

#5 Throne of Glass – Sarah J. Maas

The first SJM series I started reading was ACOTAR and I had my problems (especially with the first book) but when I picked Throne of Glass, I was done for. This series made me feel all the feels. 10/10 would recommend!

  1. I only know about the Percy Jackson book series as I heard that a TV series from Disney+ is in the works with Riordan being fully-involved this time around instead of the film versions where he wrote a draft of the script for the first film and then they just abandoned it and went for something really stupid.
