Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Hello, hello!
Last year I watched all the MCU movies. As Into the Spider-Verse isn’t part of the Infinity Saga, I decided to skip it at the time. However, I have heard nothing but praise for this little film, so of course, I had to check it out as well!

The Plot:

This animated Spider-Man movie follows teenager Miles Morales who gets bitten by a radioactive spider. You know the drill.
However, as it turns out, he is not the only Spider-Man in this multiverse…

The Rating:

Why did I wait so long to watch this?
This review will be really short because I have nothing negative to say about this film.

I love all the different Spider-Men (and -Women) we get here. It’s so much fun to see a different twist on a very familar story!

Furthermore, I tremendously enjoyed the aesthetic. It’s bright, it’s colorful, it’s very in your face. I’m pretty sure it could cause a seizure at times but it was just so cool to watch.
Same goes for the soundtrack! Although it’s not exactly the kind of music I usually listen to, but it was the perfect fit for this film.

Into the Spider-Verse also comes with a great deal of humor. It’s just a really fun movie to watch. I couldn’t stop laughing the moment Spider-Man entered and John Mulaney voice came out of his mouth.

Please go and watch this film! Even if you’re not that much into superhero-movies, you’ll still have a great time with this one!

Did you watch the film? Let me know in the comments!
