Top 5 Tuesday: Summer Reads

Hey, guys!
It’s Tuesday, that means it’s time for a bookish favorites posts. Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by Shanah Bionic Book Worm and is quite simple: check out the topic and write a post with your picks.
This week I tell you which books are on my reading list for this summer!

#1 Norwegian Wood

This book has been on my list for. so. long.
Look at the cover, it just has to be a perfect read for summer, right?

#2 Neverwhere

I’ve heard SO much about this and already got quite some bookish merch from several subscription boxes for Neverwhere. I really need to tackle it and it seems to be the perfect book for curling up at home when a typical summer-thunderstorm is passing by.

#3 The Princess Bride

Can you belive I haven’t read this classic yet? Neither can it.
The perfect book to read while wandering through the woods and chilling on the moss-covered earth.

#4 Call me by Your Name

Something about this book just screams summer right into my face. I really want to see the movie, but as usual: novel first!

#5 Daisy Jones and the Six

This is brought to you by everybody who has ever participated in T5T. Daisy Jones and the Six appeared in so many people’s picks that I just need to give it a shot. And it’s giving off strong concert/festival vibes – so it’s perfect for summer!

What’s your favorite summer read? Let me know in the comments!
