Hey, guys!
It’s Tuesday, that means it’s time for a bookish favorites posts. Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by Shanah Bionic Book Worm and is quite simple: check out the topic and write a post with your picks.
Welcome back to the penultimate post in this special T5T series! This month we list our favorite authors in alphabetical order. Today, it’s time to talk about writers starting with P, Q, R, S, and T. Well, I don’t have anybody for P, Q, or T so you’ll get a lot of R and S from my front!
#1 Ransom Riggs
Would you please look at the cover of this book. How could the writing be anything less than stunning? Ransom Riggs really did impress me with how inventive this story is!
#2 Rick Riordan
Who would have guessed that I’d list Rick Riordan? Well, probably anybody who ever read a post on my blog. I read sooooo many of his books (and of course reviewed them) and loved every single one.
#3 Margaret Rogerson
Rogerson is definitely one of my favorite discoveries of the last year. Her novel Sorcery of Thorns was brought to me by a book subscription box and finished reading it within a day. Can’t wait to read more of her novels!
#4 Lemony Snicket
Those books were a lot. However, it was worth the time! The humor is great, the atmosphere dark and unique, the characters kick ass. What else could you want?
#5 Maggie Stiefvater
Last summer I binge-read Stiefvater’s Raven Cycle books. They were so brilliant, I need to read everything else she ever wrote!
Who are your favorite authors? Let me know in the comments!

I read books of your first two picks and liked them a lot. I recently saw a quote from a Donna Tartt novel on tumblr and that sounded really intriguing, so I will be sure to give her a shot.
