Top 5 Tuesday: Favorite Authors with A, B, C, D, and E

Hey, guys!
It’s Tuesday, that means it’s time for a bookish favorites posts. Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by Shanah Bionic Book Worm and is quite simple: check out the topic and write a post with your picks.
This month we have a special topic: we’ll be sharing our favorite authors, beginning today with letters A, B, C, D, and E. Be sure to come back every Tuesday this month to catch up with the rest of the alphabet!

#1 Douglas Adams

How could I not have included him? He was a genius, his famous Hitchhiker’s Guide books have reached cult-status and he made me laugh out loud more time than I can count.

#2 Leigh Bardugo

I know I was late to the party for her books. However, after reading her entire bibliography back to back last year, she’s definitely among my most beloved writers.

#3 Rin Chupeco

Hands down, I’ve only read one of her books so far. I got an ARC of Wicked as you Wish in a book subscription box recently and love the book so much. I can’t wait to get my hands on more of her stuff!

#4 Jamie Delano

Recently, I’ve getting into comics more and more. When I went to comic con in November, I bought a copy of Hellblazer: Original Sins. I quickly fell for Jamie Delano’s way of telling stories, so I’m stoked to read some more comics about John Constantine.

#5 Holly Black

Well, I couldn’t think of any writers with E, so you get another B (and I’m very glad about that)! It would have been near impossible for me to choose between Leigh Bardugo and Holly Black. The only reason I listed Bardugo first is because I’ve read more of her works so far. With Holly Black, I only made it through The Folk of the Air trilogy but she really got me with that one.
